How is this different from Maintenance?+

Maintenance handles content and upkeep within an hours pool. Development ships net-new production code in fixed, warranted sprints. If it needs a spec, staging env, and git history, it is Development.

How are sprints billed?+

50% deposit on execution, 50% balance due before final deployment / go-live on larger builds (staging sign-off on smaller sprints). Scope additions go to a next sprint or bill at $250/hr with prior approval.

Is there a warranty?+

Yes. 14 days post-launch for sprint code, covering defects in the scoped deliverables.

Can we start with an audit?+

Recommended. A $2,500 flat diagnostic produces the remediation matrix we build from, and 50% credits toward a sprint booked within 30 days.

Who owns the code?+

You do, upon full payment, with docs and clean commits.
